The beauty of the Warm Lead Program is that you don’t have to worry about E&O, documentation, or coverage expertise. So, once the account is sold don’t lose out on the benefit by inserting yourself in the service process.

All three carriers have excellent service teams that are open longer hours than most agencies and are staffed to turn certificates of insurance and endorsement requests around quickly.

If a Warm Lead client calls with a service request let them know that you have a great team waiting to help them, and transfer them (or encourage them to email) to the service center directly.
